BOOKING RULES:

1. There is no smoking inside of the space what so ever. All smoking must be outside in the front of the building.

2. Each renter will be given a unique code to enter the building. This code will reset after your rental period is over. DO NOT give this code to anyone not authorized by us.

3. Address of the venue is private. Address will be given upon confirmation of rental deposit.

4. All renters must be vetted before being approved for the space. This is done at the time of your rental request.

5. All items used must be put back where they belong upon end of rental. Loss or damage of items will result in an extra charge.

6. We can provide a bartender for your event should you need one. Please ask for more details about this.
