rental rates
All rentals include use of dungeon equipment and amenities. Private entry with personal lock code for your convenience. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for events only (not private sessions) and will be returned when space is returned in original rented condition. PRIVATE SESSIONS
$85 per hour - (3+ hours = discount of $75 per hour) Up to 3 people max
SMALL EVENTS
​$100 per hour (0 - 15 people max) - 1 hour of prep time and 1 hour of clean up time
$150 per hour (15 - 30 people max) - 1 hour of prep time and 1 hour of clean up time
LARGE EVENT
$1100 - $1500 (60 people max) 5 hours, 2 hours of prep time and 1 hour of clean up time
We offer additional chairs and tables for an extra rate. Tables start at $10 per table and chairs start at $5 per chair. The dungeon comes with seating for 15.

Full range of toys including whips, floggers, paddles, rope, masks, impact toys, straps, etc

Furniture such as St Andrews Cross, benches, cages, twin size bed, built in wall cage, couches, massage table, seating

Kitchen with fridge, sink, and bar. Fridge is stocked with water, juice, and soda for after care refreshments
